This safari offers a compact yet enriching experience of Tanzania’s wildlife and landscapes, combining the best of Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara in a budget-friendly and immersive camping adventure.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
On the first day, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and driven to Tarangire National Park, famed for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. You’ll embark on a full day of game drives, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife and landscapes, with a picnic lunch enjoyed in a designated area. As evening approaches, you’ll head to your campsite where you’ll have dinner and spend the night in tents, surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 2: Tarangire to Ngorongoro Crater
The second day begins with an early breakfast before setting off for Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest unbroken caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Once at the crater, you will descend into this unique landscape for a full day of game viewing. A picnic lunch will be served on the crater floor amidst the stunning scenery. After your day of exploration, you’ll ascend the crater and travel to your next campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara and Return to Arusha
On the third day, you’ll depart Ngorongoro for Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its diverse birdlife and picturesque scenery. Enjoy a game drive through the park, taking in its varied habitats and wildlife, with a picnic lunch provided during the excursion. In the afternoon, you’ll drive back to Arusha, where you will arrive in the late afternoon, concluding your immersive and budget-friendly safari experience.
