Safari Overview
This 4-day Tanzania camping safari offers a thrilling adventure through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti National Parks, some of the most popular and sought-after wildlife areas in Tanzania. With this tour, you’ll have the chance to see the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos), as well as other wildlife species that inhabit these national parks. You’ll also witness the amazing annual migration of wildebeests into the Serengeti.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Arusha and a drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its impressive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Once you arrive, you’ll embark on a full day of game drives, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife and striking landscapes. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in a designated area within the park. As the day winds down, you will set up camp for the night. Dinner will be served at the campsite, where you’ll spend the night under the stars.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After a hearty breakfast, you’ll leave Tarangire and head toward Serengeti National Park, one of Tanzania’s most famous wildlife reserves. The journey to the Serengeti includes a scenic drive that showcases the changing landscapes. Upon arrival, you’ll dive into a full day of game drives, taking in the vast plains and abundant wildlife. A picnic lunch will be provided during your exploration. As evening approaches, you’ll set up camp in the Serengeti, where dinner will be served, and you’ll spend the night in the heart of the wilderness.

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Following breakfast, you’ll continue with a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park to catch any sights you may have missed. Afterward, you’ll journey towards Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most incredible natural wonders. Upon reaching the crater, you’ll descend into the caldera for a day of game viewing. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed amidst the stunning scenery of the crater floor. After a fulfilling day, you’ll ascend the crater and proceed to your campsite for the night. Dinner will be served at the camp, where you’ll rest for the evening.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
On your final day, you’ll have an early breakfast before departing Ngorongoro Crater and heading back to Arusha. Along the way, you may have the opportunity to stop and take in the scenic landscapes. Upon arrival in Arusha, your safari concludes, marking the end of an unforgettable journey through some of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destinations.
