Safari Overview
The 4-day lodge safari in Tanzania offers a chance to explore three of the country’s most renowned national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. Throughout the trip, you’ll encounter a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests, alongside breathtaking landscapes and natural marvels. With cozy lodge accommodations and knowledgeable guides, this safari ensures a memorable and immersive adventure.

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari begins with a pickup from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds and striking baobab trees. Upon arrival, you’ll embark on a game drive to explore the park’s varied landscapes and observe its abundant wildlife. A picnic lunch will be served in a designated area within the park. After a day of adventure, you will travel to a comfortable lodge for the evening. Enjoy dinner at the lodge and relax overnight in the tranquil surroundings.

Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, you will depart Tarangire and head towards Serengeti National Park, a world-famous wildlife destination known for its expansive plains and incredible animal migrations. The drive will take you through diverse landscapes, leading to the Serengeti’s vast open plains. Upon arrival, you’ll go on an afternoon game drive, exploring the park’s rich wildlife and unique environments. A picnic lunch will be provided during your exploration. In the evening, you will set up camp or check into a lodge within the Serengeti, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night immersed in the heart of the wilderness.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Your third day is dedicated to exploring Serengeti National Park further. After a hearty breakfast, you will set out for a full day of game drives, discovering the park’s extensive wildlife and landscapes. The Serengeti is renowned for its dramatic wildlife events, including the Great Migration. A picnic lunch will be served amidst the park’s stunning scenery. In the evening, you will return to your lodge or campsite for dinner and another night under the Serengeti sky.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha
On the final day, you will have an early breakfast before departing Serengeti and traveling to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the world’s largest unbroken caldera. Upon arrival, you will descend into the crater for a day of game viewing within this spectacular natural formation. The diverse habitats offer opportunities to see a wide range of animals, including the possibility of spotting the Big Five. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed on the crater floor amidst the breathtaking surroundings. In the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and make your way back to Arusha, where you will arrive in the late afternoon, concluding your memorable safari experience.
