Along the way, you will enjoy scenic landscapes and views of rural Kenya. Upon arrival, you will enjoy lunch before setting out on your first afternoon game drive, exploring the Mara’s vast savannahs in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. After an exciting game drive, you will be transferred to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Early in the morning, you will enjoy a hearty breakfast at your lodge before beginning your transfer from the Maasai Mara to Serengeti National Park via the Isebania border. Upon crossing into Tanzania, your professional driver-guide from Tanzania Joyous Time Expedition Ltd will meet you and continue the journey with a scenic road transfer, offering the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you will embark on an exciting game drive, exploring the park’s vast plains, spotting lions, elephants, zebras, and other iconic wildlife, before heading to your lodge or camp for an overnight stay.

On this day, after breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park, exploring its vast plains, riverine areas, and diverse habitats. You will have ample time to track the park’s abundant wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebra, with a variety of birds adding to the richness of the experience. A picnic lunch will be provided in the bush, allowing you to maximize time on safari. On this second day, you will continue with another full-day game drive and have the exciting option of taking an early morning hot air balloon safari, offering a breathtaking aerial perspective of the Serengeti followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush. The day concludes with a return to your lodge or camp for relaxation and an overnight stay.

A picnic lunch will be served inside the crater, allowing you to maximize time on safari. Later in the day, you will ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will drive to Moshi for a day hike at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, enjoying scenic trails, lush landscapes, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
