Upon your arrival at Julius Nyerere International Airport, our safari guide will be there to greet you. Depending on your flight time, you’ll be transferred to the heart of Dar es Salaam. Relax and enjoy a leisurely evening at the lodge, taking in the city’s ambiance and preparing for the exciting start of your safari adventure the following day.


Meet your driver-guide at your hotel in Dar es Salaam at 8:00 AM for a scenic drive to Mikumi National Park, which takes approximately 5-6 hours. You’ll arrive around 3:00 PM, with an opportunity for a game drive en route to the hotel. After a brief rest, take an evening walk to a nearby Maasai village for a cultural interaction experience. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
